City Grammar Reunion – Class starting in September 1958
We’re sure
you’ll have noticed that it’s 50 years this September since we all started
at City Grammar (alright we know there were some who joined later!). You
may also know that the buildings and courtyards which were The City Grammar
and Central Technical Schools, on Leopold Street, have been converted into
an hotel and several bars and restaurants, whilst still retaining the external
façade – and cleaning it up.
We thought
this was a good excuse for a reunion and that it would be interesting –
and a bit bizarre - to meet up in one of the restaurants which is
now housed in the old City Grammar School (we think it’s somewhere around
where the Head’s study used to be!)

£16 per head (they will put a selection of dishes on for us) plus
